Before we book your appointment, we ask all new colour clients to complete a short consultation. 

This is the first step in our colour process and allows our colour specialists to understand your hair, your goals, and any challenges you've experienced with previous colour services.

From there, we'll invite you into the salon for a face-to-face consultation and match you with the most suitable stylist for your hair and your desired result. 

This ensures you're booked in correctly and receive the best possible outcome from your colour appointment.
